SELF-CARE HABITS (that work for me) //

  • Moving my body. Movement brings me so much joy and grounds me for the day. I practice yoga and walk my dog every morning, do chair yoga or standing yoga and meditate during my preps/lunch, and walk, run, and/or do yoga again in the evening. I recommend the Calm and Peloton apps.
