With the release of the Sold a Story: How Teaching Kids to Read Went So Wrong Podcast, I have been doing my own “audit” and inventory. Here are some readings on reading and the Science of Reading (SOR) movement that have both reinforced and further informed my thinking as a reading teacher as well as a program manager tasked and charged with all things reading and writing.
